Dolphins Reveal Two Roster Changes
The Miami Dolphins have officially announced the signing of offensive tackle Braeden Daniels to their active roster from the Dallas Cowboys’ practice squad. In a corresponding move, offensive tackle Kendall Lamm has been placed on injured reserve.
Kendall Lamm, who is now 32 years old, originally entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Houston Texans in 2015 after playing at Appalachian State. Lamm completed the final year of his four-year rookie deal before exploring free agency, ultimately signing a lucrative two-year contract exceeding $7 million with the Cleveland Browns in 2019.
In 2021, he joined the Tennessee Titans on another two-year deal valued at approximately $8.5 million but was released after one season. He then signed with the Detroit Lions, only to be cut after preseason.
Later in November, the Dolphins added Lamm to their practice squad, where he had several stints. Miami subsequently re-signed him for the 2023 season, and he remained with the team through 2024.
During the 2024 season, Lamm played in 15 games for the Dolphins, securing seven starts at the tackle position.
