Dolphins Confirm LT Terron Armstead Out Due to Knee Injury
The Dolphins have officially ruled out left tackle Terron Armstead for their upcoming game against the Browns due to a knee injury.
Armstead, who is 33 years old, was originally a third-round pick by the Saints in 2013. He recently completed the final year of his five-year, $65 million contract, earning a base salary of just over $1 million in 2021 after a restructuring.
In 2022, Armstead explored free agency and subsequently inked a five-year deal worth $75 million with the Dolphins.
Looking ahead, Armstead is set to earn base salaries of $13.25 million and $13.3 million over the next two seasons.
This season, Armstead participated in and started 14 games for the Dolphins at left tackle.
