Dolphins Make Four Roster Moves, Place CB Kendall Fuller on Injured Reserve
The Miami Dolphins have officially placed cornerback Kendall Fuller on injured reserve.
In addition, the Dolphins have signed wide receiver Erik Ezukanma to the active roster from their practice squad. Miami also utilized standard elevations for cornerback Nik Needham and quarterback Skylar Thompson ahead of Week 17 against the Cleveland Browns.
Fuller, 29 years old, was originally a third-round pick by the Washington Football Team in 2016. He was traded to the Kansas City Chiefs as part of the Alex Smith trade in 2017.
After completing the last year of a four-year, $3.12 million contract, Fuller re-signed in 2020 to a four-year, $40 million deal. He earned a base salary of $8,500,000 in 2023.
During the 2024 free agency period, Miami secured Fuller on a two-year, $15 million contract.
So far in 2024, Fuller has participated in 11 games for the Dolphins, recording 50 tackles, one tackle for loss, one fumble recovery, and seven pass defenses.
