At 30 years old, Joseph began his professional career with the Miami Dolphins as an undrafted free agent from Florida Atlantic University in 2018. During his time with the Dolphins, he signed a three-year contract worth $1.71 million but was released after the preseason.

He then joined the Cleveland Browns due to an injury to one of their kickers and ended up starting for the remainder of the season. Over the years, Joseph has played for various teams, including the Carolina Panthers, Tennessee Titans, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Minnesota Vikings, Green Bay Packers, and Detroit Lions before signing with the New York Giants.

After being released by the Giants, Joseph quickly signed with the Washington Commanders, who later let him go in December.

In 2024, Joseph played in six games for the Giants and one for the Commanders. He successfully converted 13 of his 16 field goal attempts (81.3%) and made all six extra points with the Giants. During his time with the Commanders, he successfully completed 2 of 3 field goal attempts and made both extra-point attempts.
