Bengals QB Joe Burrow expressed his amazement at completing the touchdown pass to WR Tee Higgins in the recent game against the Browns.

“I was parallel to the ground,” Burrow stated, as reported by PFT. “I don’t even know how I managed to throw that ball, but it was a pretty cool moment.”
