The Detroit Lions have made a notable roster move by waiving wide receiver Tom Kennedy.

In addition, the Lions have added safety Morice Norris to their practice squad.

Norris, 24, initially joined the Lions as an undrafted free agent from Fresno State after the 2024 draft. He was previously waived after an injury settlement in August but returned to the practice squad in September.

After a promotion to the active roster in Week 17, Norris was waived again just days later.

During the 2024 season, Norris has participated in one game for the Lions.
