Vikings Conduct Tryouts for Five Players
The Minnesota Vikings hosted a workout for five players on Monday, as reported by Aaron Wilson.
The players who participated in the workout are:
- LB Levi Bell
- DT Adam Gotsis
- CB Tyler Hall
- DT Rayshad Nichols
- CB Michael Ojemudia
Levi Bell, 25, went undrafted from Texas State in May of last year. He initially signed a rookie contract with the Baltimore Ravens.
However, the Ravens waived Bell shortly after, leading him to join the Seattle Seahawks in July. Unfortunately for him, the Seahawks also waived him after the preseason, and he spent time bouncing on and off their practice squad.
In January, the Seahawks re-signed Bell to a futures contract, but he was released again in May.
During his collegiate career at Louisiana Tech and Texas State, Bell appeared in 23 games, amassing 93 tackles, 21 tackles for loss, 9.5 sacks, and a fumble recovery.
