Revised 2025 NFL Draft Order After Week 16 Sunday Results
2025 NFL Draft Order Update: Week 16 Results
Bleacher Report
The New York Giants currently hold the prime spot to secure the first pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
After Week 16, the Giants are the only team with two wins this season.
The Las Vegas Raiders have now surpassed the Giants as the league’s worst team with their victory against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
However, this win may not bode well for the Raiders in the long run.
Following their win, the Raiders fell out of the top five and could miss out on one of the top quarterback prospects in the 2025 draft.

The Giants are strategically positioned for a fresh start in 2025.
New York suffered its 13th loss of the season against the Atlanta Falcons last Sunday.
To secure the No. 1 overall pick in the April draft, the Giants simply need to lose two more games.
Securing a new quarterback is at the top of New York’s wishlist after parting ways with Daniel Jones earlier this season.
While wide receiver Malik Nabers is a promising asset, he requires a better quarterback to maximize his potential.
Quarterbacks Shedeur Sanders from Colorado and Cam Ward from Miami are likely to top the Giants’ draft board.
Although the quarterback class isn’t as strong as 2024’s, both Sanders and Ward hold significant potential to thrive in the NFL.

The Raiders’ future quarterback plans may be impacted by their position in the draft.
Las Vegas dropped four spots from No. 2 to No. 6 following their Week 16 win.
While players prioritize winning over tanking, the Raiders’ long-term prospects appear less favorable after this win.
The Tennessee Titans and Cleveland Browns, currently at No. 4 and No. 5, may look to select quarterbacks.
If they do, the Raiders might face limited options on the quarterback market.
While there are still opportunities to find a franchise player at No. 6, the Raiders could be left with fewer choices for their future quarterback.
